Ordering

All in-stock pieces are available on a first-paid, first-served basis.

A secure Square invoice must be requested directly from Bella Andrea & Co.™. Inventory is not reserved until payment has been received in full.

Shipping

• FedEx Priority Overnight
• Fully insured
• Signature required
• Flat $100 shipping charge
• Sales tax calculated based on the shipping destination

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the custom and fine-jewelry nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after payment has been received.

Custom Commissions

Every custom project is unique.

Production begins after design approval and receipt of any required deposit or payment.

Typical completion time is approximately four weeks, although more complex commissions may require additional time.

Diamond Standards

Natural diamonds:

• GIA graded
• Individually screened

Laboratory-grown diamonds:

• IGI graded
• CVD only
• Individually screened

Pricing

Prices shown online do not include:

• Shipping
• Sales tax

Both are calculated at the time of invoicing.

Warranty & Inspection

Clients should inspect their jewelry immediately upon delivery.

If an issue resulting from manufacturing workmanship is identified, Bella Andrea & Co.™ should be contacted promptly so the matter can be evaluated.

Secure invoices are processed through Square.

Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and other payment options supported by Square.
